The Exchange Brewery is housed in what was originally Niagara’s first Telephone Exchange building. They chose to use a numbering system to identify their beers in a nod to the buildings heritage and historical significance.
The brewery itself consists of a premium white marble bar and tasting room on 2 levels. Upstairs offers an elegant event room and private bar for events of 10–55 people. There is an outdoor patio in the summer where you can overlook the park and watch both tourists and locals walking by.
Beer selection ranges from IPA’s, Ambers and Stouts to funky sour Belgian inspired options. Most are available in the tap room to take home in cans or bottles, and at select restaurants. Tina represents the London, Stratford to Windsor area for The Exchange.
